What we cannot help with

  • Bookings and refunds. We do not sell rooms, tours or tickets. For a booking, the hotel, the tour operator or the booking site you used is the only route.
  • Official information. We are not a tourist office. For permits, local rules or emergencies, contact the relevant authority directly.
  • Festival tickets. We write visitor guides to events such as Umbria Jazz or Eurochocolate but have no connection to their organisers and do not sell tickets.
  • Link exchanges and guest posts. We do not reply to these.
